Requesting an estimate through this site does not create a contract and does not obligate you to anything. Prices shown anywhere on this site are typical ranges for planning purposes, not offers. Your actual price is set in a written, itemised proposal after an on-site walkthrough, and it depends on the condition of the surfaces, the scope you choose and the size of the property.

Licensing

Ivan's Pro Painting is a licensed California painting contractor, CSLB #1095819. You can verify any California contractor free at cslb.ca.gov under Check a License, or by calling the CSLB at 800-321-2752.

Warranty

Qualifying work is backed by a written workmanship warranty. The coverage tier, what it includes, and what it excludes are set out in your written proposal. Nothing on this website extends, replaces or overrides those written terms.

Your signed written proposal is the complete and controlling statement of what the warranty covers, what it excludes, and how long it lasts. Nothing on this website adds to, extends or modifies those terms. Where this website and your signed proposal differ, the proposal governs.

Using this site

You may read, print and share these pages for your own use in considering or arranging painting work. You may not copy the text, photographs or structure of this site for use on another business's website. All project photography on this site is of real work and remains our property.
