What we collect

When you submit an estimate request form, we collect the information you type into it:

First and last name
Phone number
Email address
ZIP code
The service you selected
Which page the form was submitted from

We collect this so we can contact you about your estimate. We do not ask for payment details, government identification, or any sensitive personal information anywhere on this site.

Analytics and advertising

This site uses two Google services:

Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-ZWW6MZSQ81) to understand how many people visit and which pages they read.
Google Ads conversion tracking (ID AW-11493555726) to measure which ads lead to estimate requests and phone calls.

These services use cookies and similar technologies and may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site. That information is processed by Google under Google's own privacy policy.

Call tracking

If you arrive at this site from a Google ad, the phone number displayed may be replaced with a Google forwarding number that connects to our real line. This lets us see which ads produce calls. The call still reaches us normally. Visitors who do not come from an ad see our standard number, (626) 263-6444.

How your information is handled

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our website host, and delivered to us by email. We use your information to respond to your request, provide an estimate, and follow up about work you have asked us about.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the information you submitted, ask what we hold, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email ivanspropainting@gmail.com or call (626) 263-6444 and we will action it.

You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, and you can control ad personalisation in your Google account settings. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies, though parts of the site may not work as expected if you do.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests for up to 24 months so we can respond, follow up, and keep ordinary business records. After that we delete them. If you want yours deleted sooner, email or call us and we will action it.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
